"Mother and Child"

I painted "Mother and Child" with oils in January of 1996, and the 11"x14" painting went home to live with baby Patricia shortly thereafter. Whenever I look at the print I made of this painting, I again feel the warmth of my own mother and the joy I had later on when I held my children. I am safe, warm and cared-for.
