Here is the theme of one of my favorite piano pieces. Look closely. Painted down the left and right sides of the piano pages are the first four measures of Johann Sebastian Bach's "Prelude in C", from his Well Tempered Clavier, Book One.

Many of my piano students learn this musical masterpiece, and when they look at my art they say they can almost "hear" the tune coming from the piano in the painting. Let me know if you also hear it?
