We have two alcove window-openings in the wall of our Castle. To paint one view and not the other seemed silly to me. Once I decided to paint the second alcove, I could hardly wait for morning so I could buy the canvas and get started. This was the first time of many that I felt the excitement of anticipating my joy of painting.
